Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. If less than 24 hours, the non-refundable deposit will be used to pay for the technician's time. If you're late 15+ mins for your appointment, there will be an additional $15 added to your service. At 20 mins, your  appointment will be cancelled.

No Shows will automatically have $15 added to their next service.  If there is a second "No Show" then a $35 amount will be applied to the next service or deducted from the prepayment.
